If you only took 5% of these used computers, some 12.5 million and did some repairs and updates, this would form an inventory that could change the world of people from all walks of life in every country of this world. This would directly change the technology access and remove the barriers to the world of computers to people who would not have access to this life changing product.   

Both governments and advocacy groups will have a great opportunity to work with manufacturers, distributors and retailers to provide life changing assets to NGO and charitable organizations and through sponsorships help them provide training programs that address inequality of capacity and narrow the gaps around access to devices and the internet.
